Alex joined Martens Lingard LLP as an articling student in September 2017. He is a Niagara native, being born and raised in St. Catharines.
Alex received a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Southampton. Before undertaking his studies in law, Alex received a Master of Arts degree from the University of Guelph, and prior to that a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree from Brock University.
After spending a year working at a civil litigation firm, Alex has decided to focus on business law, wills, estates, and real estate law, although his articling year will involve other areas of law as well.
Prior to joining Martens Lingard LLP, Alex volunteered at a community legal clinic in Niagara. During his undergraduate and graduate studies, Alex held Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant positions at Brock University and the University of Guelph. He is proficient in Italian.
Alex hopes to provide clients with efficient and reliable legal services. He believes that the key to providing excellent legal services is to maintain an open line of communication to ensure that client expectations are soundly met.
Alex spends his spare time with his family and close friends. He stays active by playing soccer, golf, and yoga. Alex is well-travelled and enjoys exploring the United States and Europe.
