WE ARE MOVING!

As of July 31, 2022 the law firm of Martens Lingard LLP will cease to operate and the lawyers will be dispersing as follows:

• John K. Lefurgey will continue his practice at the current location, 43 Church Street, 7th Floor, St. Catharines;
• Paula Ferré will continue her practice at 14 Church Street, St. Catharines, L2R 3B3, sharing space with Heelis, Little, Almas & Murray LLP;
• Ron Martens, Rick Dilts and Jacob Harper will continue their practices at the law firm of Daniel & Partners LLP, 39 Queen Street, St. Catharines, L2R 7P7.

All Wills, Powers of Attorney and corporate records stored at 43 Church Street including those of Martens Lingard LLP, Morgan Dilts and Toppari, and Graeme Repei will be moving with Mr. Martens, Mr. Dilts and Mr. Harper to Daniel & Partners.

Separation Agreements and Cohabitation Agreements being stored at Martens Lingard LLP will be moving with Ms Ferré to her new location of 14 Church Street.

It is anticipated that the Martens Lingard LLP e-mail addresses will remain active through August and September of 2022 and will be forwarding to the appropriate lawyer or staff member at their new location.
